Refund Policy

Paid courses

Some courses are unlocked with a pay-what-you-want contribution (with a stated minimum, shown before you pay) rather than a fixed price. Because access to the full course content is granted immediately on payment, contributions are non-refundable once the course has been unlocked, except where the content is materially broken or inaccessible through a fault on our side — in that case, contact us and we'll make it right, including a refund if we can't fix it.

There are no hidden fees: the amount you agree to pay in the checkout window is exactly what's charged, nothing added afterward.

Free courses

Courses without a listed price are free to access — there's nothing to refund.

Booking cancellations

Since booked sessions are free, there's no charge to refund. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please reach out as far in advance as you can via the booking page so the slot can be released for someone else.
